Have you ever felt like you were missing something in your life?
I have dealt with this weird feeling so many times, to the point that it would trigger anxiety and sometimes even depression. I have found that these tips have helped me get back on track and back to feeling like myself.
Here are my Top 5 tips on how to get back on track to feeling aligned with your purpose and passion.
1. Be yourself- Babe you are "All that and a bag of chips" love yourself and be your authentic self. The right people will start gravitating to you. Trust the process!
2. Know what you want out of your life- Plan and organize your life. Write your goals and what "Living your Best Life" would look for you.
3.Trust in a higher source- Sometimes we get in our heads and overwhelmed. When you get to this point it's best to relax and give all the problems to God or the Universe (whatever you believe in). Trust that you are not alone and something bigger than you will help you and guide you.
4. Find your Passion- Get out there and explore! Try different things and see what really sets your soul on fire and what you really enjoy doing. (Ex: knitting, painting, making YouTube videos)
5. Be patient & good to yourself- Everyone's journey is different don't compare yourself to others. You will be back to feeling like yourself in no time!
